1. Machine frame part:
Ruggedly designed with 10 mm thick steel box. Consists of 3 X, Y and Z axes. The frame is designed as a bridge with 2 twin-side engines to ensure fast and gentle movement, especially without shaking when reversing.

2. CNC controller
This is a very important device affecting the quality of the device, which is also the device most susceptible to malfunction on the machine. Simple or complex operation, high or low productivity is also decided by the controller.

The controller consists of 2 parts: hardware and control software.

+ Hardware:
Computer motherboards: We use industrial computer motherboards from Advantech, Taiwan (A very famous company in industrial computers in the world). Let the machine work stably in a dusty environment, high temperature and humidity.

Hard disk drive: Since the circuit breaker is always vibrating, the hard drives that are normally read by the motor and the needle will either hang up or crash after about 1-2 years of use. So we equipped 120 GB SSD hard drive (SSD hard disk type does not use needles to read data so it is very durable and withstand vibration when operating).

CNC controller: This is the device to receive signals from the software to control the servo motor, the input and output … to coordinate the operation of the machine. Son Vu CNC plasma cutting machine uses CNC controller that can support up to 6 axes of Europe. The clock frequency of motor control up to 4 Mhz (4,000,000 pulses / sec) should be sufficient for any application with high accuracy. Much higher than some of the controllers that use printer ports or cheap USB ports, clock frequencies are only about 200,000 pulses per second.

Control software: With the criterion of creating an easy-to-use product, based on the background of Mach3 control software of the US, Son Vu has redesigned the interface so that it is user friendly and written. Add some support functions for easy operation and high performance.

Oxygen mine height controller: It has the same function as plasma cutting height controller only it based on another principle: the principle of capacitance. The device includes a sensor ring and controller to help maintain the cutting torch height settings.

Automatic ignition set for gas cutting torch: When pressing the button to run in Oxygen Gas cutting mode, this device helps to fire the cutting torch automatically. Without this device, the operator must ignite with a light, dangerous, weary box and reduce the cutting performance due to time consuming for the operator to manually fire. But if this device is poor, it is even more dangerous.
